Take care not to spill the paste as it can stain clothing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consult with a physician about possible medication interactions. How to use CBD Paste?

  1. Just before bedtime, turn the stem of the applicator clockwise to dispense 1 dose, which should be as small as a grain of rice.
  2. Dispense CBD paste directly onto the fleshy part under your tongue, or use a clean finger to dab it there.
  3. Hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. We recommend that you don’t eat, drink, smoke, or brush your teeth for 15 minutes before or after applying CBD paste.
