How to use CBD Paste?

    1. Hempiness CBD Paste is an earthy-colored, thick liquid that comes in a 5ml syringe. Just before bedtime, twist the stem of the syringe to dispense 1 dose, which should be as small as a grain of rice. 
    2. Dispense CBD paste directly on the fleshy part under your tongue, or use a clean finger to dab it there 
    3. Hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. We recommend that you don’t eat, drink, smoke, or brush your teeth for 15 minutes before or after applying CBD paste.
